Reprints & Returns

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once you have checked out through the shopping cart system of our website, you will be charged in full to the specified payment source. In some cases, if no work has been completed on your job, you may be able to receive a full refund. We urge you to notify us as soon as possible regarding any cancellation requests. If the order has already been printed, no refunds will be granted. 

If an order contains defective products, ie: ink splotches, obvious streaks, tears, wrinkles, etc., although these are very irregular, the need to reprint or refund may be necessary. This determination is at the sole discretion of BANKSPRINTING.COM and any claims must be made via email within 15 days of receipt to be considered.

When it comes to shipping, our tubes and boxes are made to exact specifications for safe shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot avoid all accidental damages. If your package arrives damaged, please give us a call immediately and we will do our best to reprint and reship as soon as possible. You will need to hold onto your package and it’s contents for possible inspection from our carrier after we make the claim. We may also request pictures of the damage to add to our files.
